The sheet music was published with Lena Zavaroni’s photograph on the cover, framed by a scalloped red‑and‑white border. The internal score appears to be the original 1921 composition by Con Conrad (music) and Sidney Clare (lyrics). No evidence has been found that the printed notation reflects the arrangement used in Lena Zavaroni’s recording.
